Some people just need an experienced grey-head to hold them accountable and to challenge them, and some need an outsider to help them to navigate the riptide between where they are and where they want to go. Most need a bit of both, and a plan to follow to get there.
Either way, I’m good at helping idealists to become realists, and dreamers to become doers, without compromising the things that matter the most.
