They need to hone their skills, improve their internal and external communications, and better understand the way their customers buy and procure their products and services

They need help to devise, set and follow workable plans to track their progress and hit their targets.

Most of them need and want someone to hold them accountable, and to ensure that deadlines don’t whoosh past.

Mostly, they need a kind advisor to give them experienced advice, urge them forward, offer truly constructive criticism, and to show them how they can reach their goals.

It can be lonely at the top, so often they need protection, reassurance, counsel and guidance.
